Visiting the clinic

What are your opening hours?

Every day, 10:00–20:00, with no weekly closing day. Any special holidays are announced on the branch page and on Google.

Where is the clinic and how do I get there?

The Bang Wua branch is inside the Bangchak petrol station on Bangna-Trad Road, km 40, near Wellgrow Industrial Estate and Bang Wua market. Use the directions button on the branch page.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is parking right in front of the clinic.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Booking on LINE gets you a fixed time. Walk-ins are accepted but you may have to wait. All-on-4 cases that combine the consultation and surgery into one day must always be booked ahead, because the clinic prepares the temporary teeth in advance.

How many branches are there?

One branch is open now, in Bang Wua, Bang Pakong. A second branch in Suwinthawong is on the way and details will be announced when ready.

Costs and coverage

How can I pay?

Cash and credit card. Longer courses of treatment can be paid in stages.

Can I use the Thai Social Security dental benefit?

Yes. Tell the front desk and bring your ID card. The annual limit is set by the Social Security Office and the desk checks your remaining entitlement before treatment.

Do you accept the Gold Card (universal coverage)?

No, the clinic is not part of the Gold Card scheme.

Will I know the price before treatment starts?

Yes. Your dentist quotes the full course price and what it includes before starting, and that quoted price is what you pay. Anything charged separately, such as bone grafting (which most All-on-4 cases do not need), is quoted before you begin as well.

All-on-4 Full-Arch Implants

How is All-on-4 different from single implants?

Fewer implants support a whole row of teeth. It suits people with few remaining teeth. If you are missing only some teeth, single implants are the better fit.

How long does it take?

Implants and temporary teeth are placed on the same day, then the bone heals for about 3 to 6 months before the final teeth are fitted.

What if I do not have enough bone?

Most All-on-4 cases need no bone grafting, because the technique places the implants where bone already exists. Your dentist checks the 3D X-ray first. In the rare case grafting is needed, it is a separate item quoted with its price before you begin.

Does root canal treatment hurt?

It is done under local anaesthetic. Afterwards the tooth may feel tender when chewing for a few days, which pain relief controls.

How many visits does it take?

Crowns & Dentures

How is a crown different from a veneer?

A crown covers the whole tooth for strength and suits badly damaged teeth. A veneer covers only the front surface for appearance and suits teeth that are still sound.

Should I choose a denture or a crown?

It depends on how many teeth remain and on your budget. Your dentist explains the trade-offs after examining you.

How long do they last?

That depends on cleaning, chewing habits and keeping your check-up appointments. Your dentist explains the care routine on fitting day.

Gum Treatment

What is the difference between scaling and root planing?

Scaling cleans above and just below the gum line. Root planing goes deeper below the gum and is used when inflammation has advanced.

Is bleeding when brushing normal?

No. It usually signals gum inflammation. Come in for a check, and keep brushing the area rather than avoiding it.

How many visits does it take?

A routine scaling is one visit. Root planing takes three to five, depending on severity and how many teeth are involved.

Veneers

Composite or porcelain?

Composite is finished in one visit and is easier to repair. Porcelain is laboratory-made, takes longer, and holds its colour and surface better.

Does the tooth need to be filed down?

It depends. Some cases need a very thin layer removed, some need none. Your dentist tells you before starting.

How long do veneers last?

It depends on care and habits. Biting hard objects or grinding shortens their life. Your dentist explains how to look after them.

Teeth Whitening

Will whitening make my teeth sensitive?

Some people feel sensitivity for a day or two which then settles. Tell your dentist if it is strong and the gel strength or timing can be adjusted.

In-clinic or take-home?

In-clinic works faster because the gel is stronger and a dentist applies it. Take-home takes longer but you control the pace. Your dentist advises based on your teeth.

How long does it last?

It depends on habits. Coffee, tea and smoking bring the colour back sooner. A take-home kit can be used to top up.

Night Guards & Bite Splints

How do I know if I grind my teeth?

Common signs are waking with a sore jaw, temple headaches, unusually flat worn teeth, or someone hearing you grind at night. Your dentist can see the wear pattern.

Hard or soft splint?

Hard splints last longer and suit heavy grinders. Soft ones are more comfortable and cost less. Your dentist chooses based on your bite.

Do I wear it every night?

Your dentist advises based on your symptoms. Most people wear it while sleeping and come back for adjustment if the fit changes.
