All-on-4 Full-Arch Implants

A fixed full row of teeth on four implants, every step done in one clinic. One price covers the whole course, quoted before you start, with nothing added during treatment.

If you have few teeth left or struggle with a full denture, All-on-4 uses four implants per jaw to hold a fixed full-arch bridge that you never take out, so you can chew close to the way you did with natural teeth.

Everything from the 3D X-ray to the final teeth is done in this clinic. In most cases you leave the implant appointment with temporary teeth the same day. The full course price and what it includes are quoted before you begin, payable in stages.

A real patient's story

A patient who had full-arch implants here describes it in their own words, from before treatment to after. Unscripted, in Thai with Thai subtitles.

Price

THB 160,000 per arch

One price covers every step, from the 3D X-ray to your final teeth. Nothing is added during treatment.

Included

  • Four implants
  • Temporary teeth fitted on implant day
  • Final fixed acrylic full-arch teeth
  • 3D X-ray and planning
  • Follow-up visits per the treatment plan

Not included

  • Bone grafting, THB 5,000–10,000, only when the dentist finds it necessary on the 3D X-ray, and quoted before you begin. Most All-on-4 cases need no grafting, because the technique places the implants where bone already exists.

Common questions

How is All-on-4 different from single implants?

Fewer implants support a whole row of teeth. It suits people with few remaining teeth. If you are missing only some teeth, single implants are the better fit.

How long does it take?

Implants and temporary teeth are placed on the same day, then the bone heals for about 3 to 6 months before the final teeth are fitted.

What if I do not have enough bone?

Most All-on-4 cases need no bone grafting, because the technique places the implants where bone already exists. Your dentist checks the 3D X-ray first. In the rare case grafting is needed, it is a separate item quoted with its price before you begin.
