1. What we collect

We only collect information you give us yourself when you contact the clinic through these channels:

• The appointment form on this website: your name, phone number or email, the service you are interested in, your preferred time, any message you add, and the language and location you chose
• Messages on LINE, phone calls or Facebook: whatever you send us in the conversation
• Use of this website: technical data from cookies and measurement tools (see section 7)

We do not collect health information or treatment history through this website. If you become a patient, your dental records are kept separately under medical-facility standards.

2. How we use it

• To get back to you about services, costs and the appointment you asked for
• To answer questions and give general guidance before you decide on treatment
• To measure how well the website and the clinic's advertising work, so we can improve how we communicate

We only contact you about the matter you wrote to us about. If we ever want to use your data for other marketing, we will ask for your separate consent first.

3. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form or message us, on the basis of taking steps at your request before you receive treatment (booking an appointment or asking about costs), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring how the website is used.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your data with third parties for marketing. We may disclose it only as far as necessary to:

• The dentists and staff of the clinic who need it to contact and care for you
• Service providers the website relies on: hosting (Cloudflare), email delivery for the appointment form (Resend), the messaging platform you chose to contact us on (LINE, Meta), and measurement tools (Google, Meta)
• Government authorities, where the law requires disclosure

Some of these providers run their servers outside Thailand. We only use providers with data-protection safeguards that meet international standards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep data from the form and from your messages for no longer than 2 years from the date you sent it, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Data of people who become patients is kept in their dental records for the period required by Thai medical-facility law.

6. Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:

• Access your data and ask for a copy
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Ask us to delete it, restrict its use, or object to processing
• Withdraw consent, without affecting processing already lawfully carried out
• Have your data transferred to another controller

Send your request through any contact channel in section 9. We will respond within 30 days of receiving it.

7. Cookies and measurement

This website uses Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to count visitors, see which pages are viewed, and measure whether people who arrive from an advertisement go on to contact the clinic (for example by tapping call, LINE or sending the form). These tools use cookies and collect technical data such as device type, browser and pages viewed. They do not identify you directly.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not affect your use of the website or your ability to contact the clinic.

8. Security

The website form sends your data over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) straight to the clinic's email, without keeping a copy on the website. Access is limited to staff who need it, and we maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access.

If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
